Ok, so maybe it’s not “world famous”, but it is a favorite of my friends and family. I call it a “smoozy” because my husband was tired one day when he was getting ready for work and asked for a smoothie, but it came out “smoozy”, so that’s just what we call it now. I freaking love these things! It’s kind of like a fruit salad in a cup…and yummier 🙂 I made this one with peaches and strawberries, but I have made them with just about any fruit combo you can think of. It’s one of those things that you just have to mess around with and see what combos you like best. My husband and I will often have one for breakfast or lunch. Their so easy to make and really quick. The best thing to have after a workout or on a hot summer day.
The Smoozies can be meal prepped ahead of time by putting all of your fruits in a baggie and freezing them. Then you can pull them out as you need them without having to measure when you’re in a hurry to get to the gym or out the door with the kiddos. Let me know how you make your Smoozy.
